ORDERING
Orders may be placed either through our certified, secured and encrypted shopping cart on our web site or through our Customer Service Department at (954) 491-8755. By placing an order with Total Laser Ink, you are agreeing to the total dollar amount of the sale, and that Total Laser Ink is authorized to collect payment via the payment method you specify. All orders are subject to approval by Precision Roller.
TERMS
Payment is due before shipment, unless other terms have been negotiated. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, COD, and Wire Transfer. Dealers, resellers, and government and educational institutions may apply for payment terms other than prepaid. These terms will be determined based on overall credit history and financial ability to pay for all goods purchased. Please allow 10-15 business days for application processing. Upon approval for terms, if an account reaches its set credit limit, further shipments may be placed on “hold” status until the amount over the limit is paid.
PAYMENTS
When paying by credit card, your card will not be charged until the items are shipped. For accounts with payment terms, when paying by check, please ensure that your customer number and invoice numbers are clearly listed to speed up processing and avoid possible errors. Any deductions must include proper documentation before they are allowed. Deductions for shortages, defective products, returns, etc., MUST have an accompanying credit memo when deducted from the payment. Failure to follow these instructions may result in credit not being applied.
